Curble Chair Comfy (PhP 2500) vs. Curble Chair Wider (PhP 2800)
The biggest difference is the feel that comes from the tension and design of the chair frame. The Wider model’s frame has a stronger tension and pushes the user more strongly. Its backrest is wider so it supports the bottom of the armpits more extensively. The seat of the Wider model is also 5cm longer then that of the Comfy model and its elevated rim pushes up the lumbar and pelvis and helps the user achieve better physique and posture.
The Comfy model is softer than the Wider model. It pushes the user’s back more gently and its backrest is more flexible. The Comfy model is more suited for people who lack flexibility and those who are not ready to sit on a rigid posture correction chair for long periods of time.

Do you have a product warranty?
Orders and payments made and verified before 2 PM will be processed the same day and will be delivered the next day (Sundays excluded). Please ensure that your mobile numbers are reachable to avoid failed deliveries. Please also ensure that what you have entered in the order is a mobile/cellphone number, not your landline number so that our riders can reach you thru their mobile phones. Since we have FREE METRO MANILA SHIPPING, we can only attempt to deliver your orders once. The second attempt will be charged on the customer. You may see our flat rate shipping fee below:
In our efforts to care for our environment and to reduce carbon footprints, we will not wrap the Curble Chairs in bubble wraps and boxes anymore for Metro Manila deliveries. We will just ask the riders to handle the items with care.
If you are from the province, you may place your orders thru our page in Lazada and Shopee for cheaper delivery fees. Just search for Curble Chair Philippines. We are on LazMall and Shopee Mall. The items will be handled by a third-party courier so we cannot ascertain the delivery dates. You may use the tracking number/options provided in Lazada and Shopee.
Shipping in Metro Manila is thru our company rider so there would be no tracking number provided. Once you have received the order fulfillment email, please expect your orders to be delivered between 8AM-5PM the next day, except Sunday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or you cannot request for an exact delivery time since delivering of orders within Metro Manila has so many factors - traffic, weather condition (rainy days meant slow delivery movement), waiting time between deliveries/customers pick up etc.
We are VAT-registered with BIR and we can issue a soft copy of your sales invoice thru email ONLY. Our finance staff is working remotely, separate from our warehouse, due to the pandemic. If you wish to have a hard copy of your invoice, you may book a pick-up at our finance staff's Bacoor address. If payment is through BANK DEPOSIT or GCASH/PAYMAYA/XPAY, please check our account details after you have clicked the COMPLETE ORDER button. Our QR Codes are also posted in our Instagram account.
For damages and issues
This rarely happens but in the event that you have received a defective or wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if available and we will help you out as soon as we can.
To be eligible for replacement, the item must be in the same condition as it was received (not opened, unwashed and unused with tags and in its original packaging) and product concern should have been reported within 7 days of delivery. Our Customer Service Team will provide confirmation and instruction should it be necessary to return the product/s involved.
For Curble exchanges
We do accept change of Curble Model with the following conditions:
- Item was purchased directly from our website
- Item for exchange is available
- Item for return is in excellent, sellable condition (not opened, unused, unwashed and still with tags)
- Purchase is within 7-days upon delivery
- Customer covers for the shipping fees and any price variation
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Please note that this is subject to availability of the product. If the product is still available for viewing on the site, you may check if the new model/color you'd like to get is still available before sending an email.
Our couriers do not process retrieval at this time and shipping of returns would have to be initiated and processed by you. To avoid this (and to help reduce carbon footprint), we recommend checking out the product measurement on the product description in selecting the appropriate Curble Model taking into consideration any preferences.
